Design Review Committee
The Design Review Committee (DRC) is comprised of a small group of residents who make decisions and keep the Board informed of all proposed home modifications brought to their attention by YOU – the homeowners.
Proposed changes to landscaping, fencing, exterior paint colors, satellite dish installation, erection of children’s playhouses and jungle gyms need to be approved by the DRC before any work commences. This ensures the continuation of “good neighbor” practices and maintains the aesthetics our very nice neighborhood, which in turn, keeps property values at a premium. For more information see the CC&Rs under "Information".
