You are now part of the Griffin Oaks Maintenance Association (GOMA), 125+ single and multi-family homes. We hope you will enjoy our neighborhood as much as we do. 

WHAT IS DRC?

The DRC is your Design Review Committee and is comprised of a small group of residents who make decisions and keep the Board informed of all proposed home modifications brought to their attention by YOU - the homeowner. All proposed changes to landscaping, fencing, exterior  paint colors, satellite dish installation, erection of children's playhouses and jungle gyms needs to be approved by the DRC before any work commences. This ensures the continuation of "good neighbor" practices and maintains the aesthetics of our very nice neighborhood, which in turn, keeps property values at a premium.

BE AN ACTIVE GOMA VOLUNTEER!

Each quarter, The GOMA Board of Directors holds meetings to discuss new and ongoing neighborhood business. These meetings are open to all homeowners and we encourage participation. The time, date and location will be included with you quarterly invoice can also be found on the most recent newsletter or previous meeting minutes.
